With all of the great college basketball players and memories this tournament has produced, King James' performance will be remembered as legendary. With his talent and athletic ability LeBron James would have broken every record college basketball fans cherish. If he played 4 years this would have been reality. But just imagine watching the greatest player of today lace them up for just 1 year at the college level. Maybe the stage was too small for this powerful athlete but the show would have been worth any price of admission.
This was an amazing night for all of sports. LeBron James showed us that not only can he be great, but that he can be a champion. Destroying the previous mark for points in a championship game, this young man has proven he is a winner. We all know he will be headed to the NBA next year and the LeBron James draft will be closely watched. Watching him celebrate with his teammates as he cut down the net was a special moment for all sports fans. We can all see the future, and the future is LeBron James. Just imagine.
It wouldn't matter what school he chose to visit for that one year. It wouldn't even matter what courses interested the NBA's Most Valuable Player. But what would be captivating is watching him dribble up the court with the student body chanting his name with every step. His eyes would show determination but his creativity would prove to be too much for any teenager to compete with. Stronger men have failed to slow down this electrifying sports legend of the future.
Just imagine for a moment, it's March and LeBron James has taken his team to the Final Four and is on the brink of making College Basketball history. With 48 points, 17 rebounds and 14 assists this young man has proven to the world that he is no ordinary kid, but a man playing with boys. LeBron James high school highlights are now turning into domination at the college level. Is this LeBron James kid for real.
